Ingredients

- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, and egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small oblong shapes around the skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Ensure they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or dip.
