Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 12 teaspoons chili paste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili paste.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In the last 5 minutes, add peanuts to the baking sheet.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions.
  7. Serve hot.
