A spicy, flavorful dish made with cauliflower and peanuts.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1–2 teaspoons chili paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili paste.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes, add peanuts to the baking sheet.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili paste for desired spice level.
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
