Delicious mini tarts filled with chocolate and topped with crispy kunafa.
Ingredients

- 200g kunafa pastry
- 100g melted butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix the melted butter with the kunafa pastry.
- Press the kunafa mixture into tartlet molds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar until warm.
- Add dark chocolate and vanilla; stir until melted.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked tart shells.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh kunafa for best results.
- You can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate if preferred.
- Garnish with nuts or whipped cream if desired.
