Description

Delicious mini tarts filled with chocolate and topped with crispy kunafa.


Ingredients

  • 200g kunafa pastry
  • 100g melted butter
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix the melted butter with the kunafa pastry.
  3. Press the kunafa mixture into tartlet molds.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar until warm.
  6. Add dark chocolate and vanilla; stir until melted.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked tart shells.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  9. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use fresh kunafa for best results.
  • You can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate if preferred.
