Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix melted butter with kunafa until coated.
  3. Spread kunafa in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  8. Layer kunafa and chocolate mixture in a dish, repeating layers.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
