Description
A delicious chocolate dessert layered with kunafa and cream.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g kunafa
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300ml heavy cream
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 200g chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix melted butter with kunafa until coated.
- Spread kunafa in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Layer kunafa and chocolate mixture in a dish, repeating layers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh kunafa for the best texture.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Let it chill overnight for better flavor.
