Ingredients

- 1 lb beef ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef.
- Cook until the beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the beef and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.

- Use thinly sliced beef for better marination.
- Adjust the sugar to taste for desired sweetness.
