Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  5. In another pot, bring water to a boil.
  6. Add rice and a pinch of salt, then cover and simmer until rice is cooked.
  7. Serve meatballs over rice.
