A traditional Turkish dish featuring flavorful meatballs served with rice.
Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- In another pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add rice and a pinch of salt, then cover and simmer until rice is cooked.
- Serve meatballs over rice.

- Adjust spices according to taste.
- Serve with a side of yogurt for added flavor.
