Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kimchi
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add kimchi and onion, sauté until softened.
  3. Add tuna and stir gently.
  4. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add gochugaru and soy sauce.
  6. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochugaru.
  • Use fresh kimchi for better flavor.
