Description
A hearty Korean stew made with kimchi and tuna.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups kimchi
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat.
- Add kimchi and onion, sauté until softened.
- Add tuna and stir gently.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil.
- Add gochugaru and soy sauce.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochugaru.
- Use fresh kimchi for better flavor.
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
