- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cornstarch for coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a donut mold.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool, then dust with cornstarch before serving.
