Description

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Add bacon if using, and mix well.
  5. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
