- 2 packs of Indomie fried noodles
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chili sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the Indomie noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Fry the eggs sunny side up.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce.
- Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve topped with fried eggs and chopped green onion.
