Description
Indian Paneer Tikka Skewers are flavorful grilled cheese cubes marinated in spices.
Ingredients

- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 1 onion, cubed
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables alternately.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
Notes
- Use firm paneer for best results.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Soak skewers in water if using wooden ones.
