Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables alternately.
  6. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
