Ingredients

- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk matcha powder with a little hot water until smooth.
- Add sweetener if desired and mix well.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour milk over the ice.
- Add the matcha mixture to the milk.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
