Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt until smooth.
  2. In a skillet, cook onion until soft.
  3. Add ground meat, cinnamon, and allspice to the skillet.
  4. Cook until meat is browned.
  5. Spread hummus on a serving plate.
  6. Top with the meat mixture and garnish with pine nuts.
