Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix the oil and eggs in another bowl.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Fold in the grated carrots and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- Cool the loaf on a wire rack.
- Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar.
- Spread the frosting on the cake.
