Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and sugar until well combined.
  4. Add vegetable oil and eggs to the mixture, then whisk until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
