- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, butter, brown sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the honey mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into clusters.
