Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season duck legs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, and garlic.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear duck legs for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer duck legs to a baking dish and pour glaze over them.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
