Instructions
- Boil water and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk Hojicha powder with hot water until smooth.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot, but not boiling.
- Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk.
- Combine Hojicha mixture with sweetener in a cup.
- Pour frothed milk over the Hojicha mixture.
- Mix gently and serve hot or iced.
