Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the fat from the pan.
- Add the peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the skillet.

- Stir in the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
