Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- While sweet potatoes cook, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Mix the cooked beef and broccoli with the roasted sweet potatoes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- For extra flavor, add your favorite sauce.
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
