Description
Hibiscus Bissap is a refreshing Senegalese drink made from dried hibiscus flowers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 2 limes
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add dried hibiscus flowers and boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Add sugar, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.

- Adjust sugar to taste.
- You can add spices like ginger or cloves for extra flavor.
