Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes.
- Grate the potatoes with a box grater.
- Squeeze the liquid out of the potatoes using a towel.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the potatoes in the pan and press them down.
- Cook for five minutes until the bottom browns.
- Flip the potatoes and cook for five more minutes.
