- 2 cups corn kernels

- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
- Char the corn in a skillet for five minutes.
- Whisk the yogurt, lime juice, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Add the pasta, corn, onion, and cilantro.
- Toss the ingredients to coat them.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
