Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine water, butter, sugar, and salt in a pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a ball forms.
  4. Cool the dough for five minutes.
  5. Mix in the egg until the dough is smooth.
  6. Place dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
  7. Pipe small pieces into the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  10. Toss warm bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
