Description
Make these crispy churro bites in your air fryer. They use less oil than deep-fried versions. Serve them warm with your favorite dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine water, butter, sugar, and salt in a pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a ball forms.
- Cool the dough for five minutes.
- Mix in the egg until the dough is smooth.
- Place dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe small pieces into the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss warm bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Notes
- Do not crowd the air fryer basket.
- Cook in batches for better airflow.
- Use a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
