Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi-grade salmon or tuna
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Mixed greens for serving
Instructions
- Dice the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the fish, mango, avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
- In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the fish mixture and toss gently.
- Let it marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of mixed greens and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
