- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
