Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
