Ingredients

- 250g halloumi cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cut halloumi into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Dredge halloumi pieces in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the halloumi until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with pomegranate molasses and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
