Description
Grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers are a delightful summer dish.
Ingredients

- 250g Halloumi cheese, cubed
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Zucchini, sliced
- 1 Red onion, chopped
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Thread halloumi and vegetables onto the skewers alternately.
- Brush the skewers with the oil mixture.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cheese is golden and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from grill and serve warm.

- Use any seasonal vegetables you prefer.
- Serve with a yogurt dip or tzatziki for added flavor.
