Description

Grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers are a delightful summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 250g Halloumi cheese, cubed
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Thread halloumi and vegetables onto the skewers alternately.
  5. Brush the skewers with the oil mixture.
  6. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cheese is golden and vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from grill and serve warm.
