A hearty Halal Turkey Hashbrown Skillet perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground halal turkey
- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Mix in hashbrowns and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until hashbrowns are crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Make two wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each.
- Cover skillet and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Serve with hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
