Ingredients

- 2 cups Jasmine rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the Jasmine rice until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Mix in the vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked rice with the chicken mixture.
- Serve hot in bowls.
