Instructions

  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add mutton, cook until browned.

  6. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Spread the mutton mixture in a baking dish.
  9. Top with mashed potatoes, spreading evenly.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
