Description

Ingredients

  • 1 kg mutton, cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large karahi over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  4. Add mutton pieces and cook until browned.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and spices.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat until mutton is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.
