Description
Tender lamb chops served with a refreshing mint yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, mint, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the lamb chops in half of the yogurt mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with remaining mint yogurt sauce on the side.

- Use fresh mint for best flavor.
