Ingredients
- Sub rolls – 2
- Grilled chicken – 200g
- Lettuce – 1 cup
- Tomato – 1 medium, sliced
- Onion – 1 small, sliced
- Pickles – 1/4 cup
- Halal sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Slice the sub rolls in half.
- Layer the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the rolls.
- Drizzle with Halal sauce.
- Close the sandwich and press down gently.
- Serve immediately.
