A delicious Halal Chicken Over Rice Bowl with flavorful spices.
Ingredients

- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken to the pan.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Assemble the bowl: place rice at the bottom, add chicken on top, and garnish with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the bowl before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in spices for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with pita bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
