A tasty and filling halal chicken omelette wrap.
Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked halal chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large tortillas
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl; add salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the pan; cook until edges set.
- Add chicken and cheese; fold the omelette in half.
- Cook for another minute until cheese melts.
- Place the omelette in a tortilla and wrap tightly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you like.
- For spice, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Can be served with salsa or yogurt.
