A creamy, tangy sauce commonly found in Halal food carts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and yogurt.
- Add lemon juice and white vinegar.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
