Description
A delicious and filling Halal breakfast option featuring spiced fillings wrapped in a soft paratha.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large parathas
- 3 eggs
- 100g cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté until soft.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Add shredded chicken and spinach to the pan, mix well.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, scramble until cooked through.
- Place the filling in the center of each paratha.
- Roll the paratha tightly around the filling.
- Heat the rolled parathas on the pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Use your choice of protein for filling.
- Add cheese for a richer flavor.
- Serve with yogurt or chutney.
