Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into kebabs.
  4. Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. While kebabs are cooking, rinse rice under cold water.
  6. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add rice, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove rice from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve kebabs over rice and garnish with parsley.
