Description
Delicious Halal beef kebabs served over fragrant rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into kebabs.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- While kebabs are cooking, rinse rice under cold water.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil, add rice, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove rice from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve kebabs over rice and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Soak skewers in water if using wooden ones.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
