Haitian Spaghetti is a flavorful breakfast pasta dish made with chicken sausage.
Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken sausages, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the sauce and sausage mixture.
- Serve warm.

- This dish can be served with a side of avocado.
