- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the swordfish with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the swordfish for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, capers, and garlic. Heat over low for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the swordfish from the grill and drizzle with the lemon caper sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
