Description

- 2 pounds chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Soak your wooden skewers in water for thirty minutes.
- Mix your ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add your chicken cubes to the bowl and coat them.
- Thread your chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Place your skewers on the grill.
- Cook your chicken for twelve minutes and turn them twice.
- Remove your skewers and top them with parmesan cheese.
