Grilled Halal beef skewers served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound halal beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare tzatziki by combining yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a separate bowl.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread beef onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
- Serve skewers with tzatziki sauce on the side.
