Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 half cucumber
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil lemon juice garlic and oregano in a bowl.
  2. Cut chicken into small pieces and coat with the mixture.
  3. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for ten minutes.
  4. Grate cucumber and mix with yogurt to make tzatziki.
  5. Slice tomatoes and onion.
  6. Warm your pita bread in a pan.
  7. Fill pitas with chicken vegetables and tzatziki.
  8. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
