Description
Greek chicken pitas combine marinated chicken and fresh vegetables. You eat them in warm pita bread with creamy tzatziki and crumbled feta cheese.

- 500 grams chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 half cucumber
- 100 grams feta cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
Instructions
- Mix olive oil lemon juice garlic and oregano in a bowl.
- Cut chicken into small pieces and coat with the mixture.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for ten minutes.
- Grate cucumber and mix with yogurt to make tzatziki.
- Slice tomatoes and onion.
- Warm your pita bread in a pan.
- Fill pitas with chicken vegetables and tzatziki.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.

- Use fresh lemon juice for flavor.
- Drain cucumber liquid before mixing with yogurt.
