Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 8 oz halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken and halloumi onto skewers alternately.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
