Ingredients

- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, honey, vanilla, and black pepper.
- Whisk until well combined and heated through.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
