Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add shredded cabbage to the eggs and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and cook until set, flipping halfway.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Place the omelet on one slice of bread, add cheese, and optional sauces.
- Top with the second slice of bread and serve hot.
