- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the yogurt mixture.
- Toss to combine until the pasta is well coated.
- Top with grated Parmesan and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
