- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the rack of lamb.
- Place the lamb in a roasting pan, bone side down.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes for medium-rare.
- Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
